Graphite sealing rings
Graphite sealing rings are dimensionally accurate, have a customizable density, and do not require any additional fillers or adhesives. Graphite is more than 98% pure and does not require further corrosion protection. With the characteristics of expanded graphite, it can withstand severe alternating temperatures and pressures, and is the ideal packing for valves and various static seals. It can be used alone or in combination with JJ-771 high carbon fiber packing end ring to prevent packing extrusion, except that it should be avoided when the valve stem is seriously damaged.

Role of graphite impeller
1. Improve the purity of the liquid aluminum: through stirring and degassing, the graphite impeller can effectively remove the gas and inclusions in the liquid aluminum, improve the purity of the liquid aluminum, so as to ensure the quality of aluminum products.
2. Improve the fluidity of the liquid aluminum: graphite impeller in the process of stirring the liquid aluminum, can make the grain in the liquid aluminum refinement, improve the fluidity of the liquid aluminum. This helps to improve the formability and densification of aluminum products, so that they have better mechanical properties and appearance quality.
3.
