SQL-Alpur Online Degassing Equipment
The in-line degassing plant is installed between the furnace and the casting machine to remove hydrogen and other residues contained in the molten aluminum and its alloys that affect their quality and mechanical properties. It has a dual function: treatment and heating. It is mainly used for melt purification in the production of high precision aluminum products, such as: computer hard disks, photoconductive drums for color and black & white copiers, micronized aluminum foil blanks, PS board bases for printing, can making materials, aircraft landing gear (inter-crystalline high-strength aluminum), and fan blades for jet turbine engines.
In-line degassing equipment mainly deals with molten aluminum liquids containing a certain amount of hydrogen and other residues (alkali metals, entrained slag), which are eliminated after treatment with degassing equipment.
Flow Chute
