Casting Machine Resistant Material

Rotor degassing box
The rotor degassing box has a long service life and the furnace body is manufactured using new high silica molten materials. The degassing rotor, the heater protection casing and the thermocouple protection casing are made using silicon nitride (Si3N4) ceramics as well as the production technology to produce high value-added aluminum products with high technical performance requirements. The rotor degassing box is installed between the furnace and the casting machine and serves to remove hydrogen and other residues contained in the molten aluminum and its alloys that affect their quality and mechanical properties. It has a dual function: treatment and heating. It is mainly used for melt purification in the production of highly refined aluminum products.

Flow channel products:
The flow channel is used between the in-line degassing and filtration equipment and the casting and rolling mills, it has a dual function: conveying and heat preservation, with repeated or multiple use of the liner, using a new type of high-silicon fused material molding technology, a certain degree of corrosion resistance, non-sticky aluminum, no contamination to the performance of the aluminum solution.
Advantages of flow channel products:
The flow channel has good heat preservation performance (temperature drop to within 1ºC per meter), low density, good non-stick aluminum performance, good casting and rolling operability; the flow channel adopts the overall molding of high-silicon molten material, high dimensional accuracy; the flow channel can be repeated or repeatedly utilized, and the surface is smooth.
Plug rods and injection tubes
They are used for low pressure casting to regulate the flow of liquid aluminum. Diving tube is also known as injection tube, plug rod is also called flow control rod, the two are used together for plate ingot casting, the material are made of SiO2 fused material sintered, the material has a strong, resistant to scouring, good thermal shock, long life and other characteristics. With our boron nitride coating used together with non-stick aluminum effect is excellent.
