Our graphite sealing rings boast exceptional dimensional accuracy and customizable density, eliminating the need for additional fillers or adhesives. Made of over 98% pure graphite, these rings require no further corrosion protection. Thanks to the unique properties of expanded graphite, they can endure extreme alternating temperatures and pressures, making them the perfect choice for valves and various static seals. These rings can be used independently or in conjunction with JJ-771 high carbon fiber packing end rings to prevent packing extrusion. However, they should not be used if the valve stem is seriously damaged.
