Graphite sealing rings boast exceptional dimensional accuracy and customizable density without the need for any additional fillers or adhesives. Composed of over 98% pure graphite, these rings require no further corrosion protection. Thanks to the unique properties of expanded graphite, they can withstand extreme temperature and pressure fluctuations, making them the perfect choice for valve packing and various static seals. These rings can be utilized solo or paired with JJ-771 high carbon fiber packing end rings to prevent extrusion, although they should not be used when the valve stem is significantly damaged.
