VDC direct cooling semi-continuous casting machine
This equipment is widely used by manufacturers of aluminum alloy ingots and zinc alloy ingots. It has the characteristics of automatic distribution of aluminum water, adjustable casting speed, automatic ingot molding and demolding, high production efficiency, the uniform weight of aluminum ingots, no size, smooth surface, etc.The equipment also includes water circulation systems, tipping systems, steam extraction systems, wellhead lighting systems, hydraulic stations, electronic control systems, etc. Alloy casting machines will also have wire feeders, lubrication stations, etc.

The system works:

Wiper
Used with molds according to customer's needs
The wiper is mounted under the mold, through which the lead-in head can pass.
Its position in relation to the mold, all connections of the wiper ring to the mold or table can be adjusted.
The wiper is set so that it can be disconnected from all connections of the mold and table and does not interfere with other casting positions in case of failure.
If a defect in the flat ingot affects the passage of the flat ingot through the wiper, it will not interfere with other casting positions.

The distributor channel is a steel mold with an extremely high performance refractory material inside and individual molds underneath. Each casting position has an extremely high performance refractory material that is used to channel the molten aluminum from the trough into the mold.

Liquid Aluminum Dispensing System
The liquid aluminum dispensing system consists of a dispensing runner, stopper bars located at the inlet of each mold location, and injection tubes.
The casting starts with an uncontrolled filling of the aluminum liquid, at which point the stopper bar opens and when the set monitored level of metal is reached in the mold, it enters the controlled filling.
Aluminum flowing into each mold is insulated with an excellent refractory insulating material for optimal casting results.
Water Distribution System
The mold table incorporates stainless steel water headers designed to evenly distribute cooling water to the molds. The system has a removable bottom plate and clean out covers for access to internal surfaces.
Circulating Cooling Water System
The mold table is equipped with a stainless steel spout for evenly distributing cooling water into the mold.
Mold lubrication system (optional according to customer needs)
Lubricating oil supply can be made to the molds on each mold table.High pressure stainless steel tubes supply oil to each mold location.A series of oiling holes are designed inside each mold to allow lubricant to enter the mold evenly.

Spindle head base
The spindle head base is made of aluminum alloy and is custom-designed to fit each platen.
