Graphite Sealing Rings
Graphite sealing rings are meticulously engineered to be dimensionally accurate and offer customizable density. They require no additional fillers or adhesives and are composed of graphite that is more than 98% pure, eliminating the need for further corrosion protection. Thanks to the unique properties of expanded graphite, these sealing rings can endure extreme temperature and pressure fluctuations, making them the ideal choice for valves and various static seals. They can be used independently or in combination with JJ-771 high carbon fiber packing end rings to prevent packing extrusion. However, they should be avoided if the valve stem is significantly damaged.
