Our graphite sealing rings boast exceptional dimensional accuracy and customizable density, eliminating the need for additional fillers or adhesives. Comprised of over 98% pure graphite, these rings require no further corrosion protection. Thanks to the properties of expanded graphite, they can endure extreme temperature and pressure fluctuations, making them the ultimate choice for valve packings and various static seals. They can be utilized independently or paired with JJ-771 high carbon fiber packing end rings to prevent packing extrusion. However, avoid use when the valve stem is significantly damaged.

The Role of Graphite Impellers
1. Enhance Liquid Aluminum Purity: By stirring and degassing, the graphite impeller effectively removes gases and inclusions from the liquid aluminum, ensuring the superior purity of the liquid, which in turn guarantees the quality of the aluminum products.
