Our graphite sealing rings are engineered with precise dimensional accuracy and customizable density, eliminating the need for additional fillers or adhesives. Composed of over 98% pure graphite, these rings require no further corrosion protection. Leveraging the unique attributes of expanded graphite, they endure extreme temperature and pressure fluctuations, making them the perfect packing solution for valves and various static seals. They can be utilized solo or paired with the JJ-771 high carbon fiber packing end ring to prevent packing extrusion, except when the valve stem is significantly damaged.
